The clinic for diagnosis and genetic counseling

Professor Zvi Borochovitz, a senior pediatrician and expert in medical genetics with a national and international reputation with rich clinical experience. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion and specialized in medical genetics in the United States. Prof. Borochovitz founded and managed the Institute of Genetics at the Bnei Zion Medical Center in Haifa and the national set-up for genetics of the United Medical Association and served for nearly 30 years as the district genetics consultant of the Maccabi Medical Association in the Northern District. He currently serves as a genetics consultant for the National Health Insurance Fund in the Northern District and manages the clinic for genetic counseling and diagnosis at the Assuta Medical Center in Haifa.
